Jeff Hubbard joined the firm in 2026 and brings more than 12 years of experience in oil and gas, real estate, and commercial transactions. He has performed title examination across multiple states and basins, handled due diligence for complex mergers and acquisitions, and guided clients through a wide range of regulatory and compliance matters.

Before joining the firm, Jeff served as in-house counsel at a privately held oil and gas company, supporting acquisitions and divestitures through due diligence review, title examination, and risk mitigation. He also worked directly with operators to cure title defects and recover unpaid royalties for the company. He previously founded Hubbard Legal Group, PLLC, a multi-practice firm handling energy, real estate, commercial transactions, and civil litigation matters across Texas.

Jeff earned his J.D. from LSU Paul M. Hebert Law Center and his undergraduate degree from The University of Texas at Austin, where he was a member of the Longhorn Band. He is licensed to practice in Texas and is a member of the Dallas Bar Association and the Dallas Association of Professional Landmen.

Outside the office, Jeff is an avid Texas Longhorns fan and enjoys the outdoors, including hunting. He cherishes time with his family and especially loves watching his two-year-old daughter discover the world around her.
