L. Kate Underwood is a Managing Attorney at Feighny Hartle in Midland, Texas. Her practice focuses on preparing title opinions, negotiating and drafting contracts, preparing curative instruments, and guiding clients through the due diligence process in Texas and New Mexico.
Kate is dedicated to providing practical, clear, and thorough support to help clients achieve their goals in every stage of a transaction.
