Maria Berlingieri

Maria Berlingieri’s practice focuses on oil, gas, and mineral law, with an emphasis on title examination and providing practical operational counsel to oil and gas operators. She works closely with clients to identify and address title and ownership issues, helping them navigate the legal considerations involved in developing, acquiring, leasing, and operating oil and gas properties.

Before joining FH, Maria practiced oil and gas law in Midland, Texas, where she gained extensive experience examining title to oil and gas properties and preparing a wide range of title opinions. Her work included drilling, division order, leasehold, and acquisition title opinions, as well as analyzing complex ownership and mineral interest issues. Through this experience, she developed a detailed understanding of the title issues that can affect oil and gas operations and transactions.

Maria brings a practical, detail-oriented approach to her work, with a focus on providing clear and reliable legal guidance. She understands the importance of thorough title examination in identifying potential issues early and helping clients make informed decisions regarding their oil and gas assets.

Maria received her law degree from Universidad del Norte Santo Tomás de Aquino in 2010 and her LL.M. from Texas Tech University School of Law in 2014. She is originally from Argentina and has proudly called Texas home since 2013. Maria is licensed to practice law in Texas.
