Matt Reynolds

Matt Reynolds brings more than 20 years of experience in oil and gas land and legal work, both in law firms and in-house. His practice covers energy transactions, joint ventures, corporate governance, and complex negotiations.
Matt has led outsourced general counsel practice groups. He previously served as VP of Land and Legal at a private equity-backed asset management company, where he ran the legal department for several portfolio companies. That experience gives him a commercial lens on legal work that comes from sitting on the client’s side of the table.
At the firm, Matt works with clients in the Transactional and Commercial Contracts practice. He helps them structure and execute agreements quickly and precisely, with their bottom line in mind.
