William Gregory “Greg” Maness provides clients drilling and division order title opinions, mineral and leasehold title examination and due diligence. 

Greg spent over two decades as a landman, assisting with transactions and development projects nationwide.  He utilizes those years of experience to identify and resolve the many issues that may affect his clients’ operations. 

Born and raised in Oklahoma, Greg earned his B.A. from Austin College in Sherman, Texas and his J.D. from the University of Oklahoma College of Law. He is licensed in the State of Texas and has been a member of the Oil, Gas and Energy Resource Law Section and AAPL.
