“Growing up with a mother in upstream revenue accounting, the oil and gas industry is practically in my DNA. What began as an early fascination with the patch developed into a lifelong dedication to energy law. Today, I draw on that firsthand industry perspective and legal expertise to help clients protect and maximize the value of their upstream assets.”

Experience

Drafted and reviewed a Well Tract Designation instrument pursuant to the terms of a complex oil and gas lease, conducting detailed lease and title analysis to determine applicable tract designation requirements and ensure the instrument accurately covered the client’s desired acreage, depths, and contractual rights.

Successfully delivered an accelerated holiday due diligence project for a high-value corporate client, auditing complex tracts and leases to identify working interest and net revenue interest defects under a compressed deadline.
